Environmental Safety Management

Securing the safety of working environment

  • Install fixed emergency kits and two additional AEDs at regular intervals.
  • Establish strict access security, with 24-hour surveillance system and security contract with security services.
  • Hire a qualified electrician to test the electrical outlets regularly to avoid fires caused by overloaded electrical outlets at least once per year.
  • Outsource fire safety inspections at least once per year. Qualified fire extinguishers are placed at regular intervals and are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Send employees to participate in the fire drill, so as to be clear about the fire-fighting equipment (operation) and evacuation information in the office area at least once per year.
  • Maintain adequate lighting in workplaces and passageways, and regularly organize the workplace to keep it neat and tidy to avoid accidents such as collision or falling down.

Maintaining workplace hygiene

  • Enforce no smoking policy in the office. Photocopiers and fax machines are installed in separate places.
  • Outsource the inspection and cleaning of the company's ventilation system (air-conditioning, dust filter cleaning, etc.) on a regular basis.
  • Test carbon dioxide concentration annually and enhance the frequency of fresh air recycling and air renewal.
  • Monitor the safety of drinking water for employees, and do the maintenance and inspection of drinking water equipment every three months.
  • Adopt eco-friendly lighting fixtures to provide sufficient lighting in the office.
  • Health examinations are provided for employees on a regular basis.
